Just completed a new still life using beautifully colored antique glass and a clay pot I found recently and decided on this composition. I liked the juxtaposition of the orange/red clay pot against the blue bottle. The darker tone of the colors combined with the once inhabited empty vessels gives the painting the name "Hollow".
